At the Riviera International Centre our in-house team of qualified Chefs led by Head Chef Steve Pask aim to set the benchmark for catering excellence in the South West.
We are passionate about supporting local suppliers, promoting local produce and creating dishes that reflect our region. This is why we are a member of the Local Produce 1st Group set up by Frank H. Mann Ltd - one of the largest fruit and vegetable wholesalers in the South West of England.
Within the Centre you will find the Bay Brasserie located on the seaward side of the Centre with a large south facing outside terrace.
In addition to catering for functions, meetings and events we also provide extensive offsite event catering including everything from food and drink through to cutlery and crockery as well as mobile bars and waiting staff.
