Did you over-indulge this Christmas? Are you in need of a goal to get yourself back into shape? Then why not sign up to Lifestyle’s Aerobathon and raise some money for a good cause at the same time.
The Aerobathon is in support of Rowcroft Hospice and involves a 3 hour workout (which you can do as much or as little of as you wish) broken down into back-to-back 30 minute sessions, such as Yoga, Salsasize and Core Conditioning.
“The Aerobathon is a great way to kick-start your New Year's fitness regime as well as raise vital funds for Rowcroft,” says Rachel Bell, Community Fundraising Officer at Rowcroft “and we are sincerely grateful to Lifestyle for donating the 100% of the registration fee to the hospice.”
The registration fee is £10 which includes a buffet afterwards. Participants are also encouraged to raise additional sponsorship with the incentive of a 12 month Aerobic Membership worth £370 granted to whoever raises the most money.
“The Aerobathon promises to be a fun event with a real team atmosphere that will help to spur everyone on,” says Colin Pemberton, Manager of Lifestyle Health & Fitness Suite. “Plus friends and family are all invited to attend to provide some moral support for all the participants.”
Spectator tickets can be purchased for either £5 which includes a buffet or £1 without. Tickets and Registration Forms are available from Lifestyle Health & Fitness Suite at the Riviera Centre, Torquay.
Entrants must register prior to the event. For more information call Lifestyle Reception on 01803 206 345.
