Fancy taking part in the ultimate workout whilst raising money for Rowcroft Hospice? Then join Lifestyle for their Aerobathon on Friday 29th January where qualified instructors will put you through your paces during a marathon 3 hour aerobic workout broken down into back to back 30 minute sessions.  

 “We are really excited about this event as not only does it provide the perfect goal to get into shape for the New Year, it’s also a great opportunity to support a very worthy cause,” says Colin Pemberton, Lifestyle Manager.
The Aerobathon starts at 6pm and the sessions include Core Conditioning with Anna McGougan, Salsasize with Teresa Bowden and Yoga with Jess Huynh among others.  Water will be provided throughout the evening and a free finger buffet will be available to participants after the workout.

The registration fee is £10 which will go directly to Rowcroft and spectator tickets are available to purchase at either £5 which includes a finger buffet or £1 without.  Participants are also encouraged to raise further sponsorship and a Lifestyle 12 month Aerobic Membership worth £370 is up for grabs to whoever is the top fundraiser.   

The Aerobathon is jointly sponsored by the Riviera International Centre and Palm Fm who will be present on the night to provide live broadcasts on air.  Some of the Palm Fm team will also be taking part, “this will be a fantastic event and we are so pleased to be involved,” says Jennie Park, Sponsorship & Promotions Manager as well as Weekend Presenter.

"Rowcroft Hospice was established thanks to the support of local people,” says Gilli Woodage, Income Generation Secretary for Rowcroft Hospice “and its events such as this that help us to continue providing care throughout Torbay and South Devon.”

Participants must be at least 16 years of age to enter. Tickets and sponsorship forms are available from Lifestyle reception. Registration deadline is 31st December 2009.
