The Riviera International Conference Centre has been running it’s monthly Business Breakfast for over 12 years. The success of the Breakfast? Just as Barry Cole the Managing Director at the Centre said, “this would be down to the innovative speakers who are carefully chosen each month to inspire and expand the minds of all who attend.” He believes, “the presentations provide a platform for open discussion and this of course sparks a great opportunity to network with like-minded people.”
For a limited period only the Riviera International Conference Centre will be offering a free taster session to all those who are not currently members and inviting them to experience first hand stimulating speakers and a good fry-up!
The next Business Breakfast will be held on Tuesday 27th October, starting as usual at 7.30am and finishing at 9am so that it does not encroach on the working day.
Paul Lucas will be the speaker and his presentation is entitled: ‘making poverty history - a working visit to Kenya.’ Paul, a former Director of Torbay Council, will speak about his life beyond local Government.
Previous speakers have ranged from Claire Fox, of the Institute of Ideas, who appears from time to time on Question Time, to Guy Watson who built up the Riverford Farm success.
