Last Saturday for one night only the flaming Wok made a re-appearance at the Bay Brasserie, to the delight of old and new customers.  The theme night was a sell out and luckily the glorious weekend weather allowed customers to enjoy the balmy evening whilst they watched their chosen dishes cooked fresh on the wok before them.

The Oriental Night was developed as part of the Bay Brasserie’s Around the World Club allowing customers to sample different cuisines from different countries at their regular theme nights that take place throughout the year.
