There’s a great chance to catch some of the nations favourite TV psychics next month – or simply wander amidst the largest psychic fayre ever assembled outside London at the annual Psychic Southwest paranormal event in Torquay.
PSYCHIC SOUTHWEST is an annual three day celebrity psychic festival, which takes place the last weekend in February, and which welcomes some of the best known names from the paranormal world to demonstrate their abilities in front of 500 guests, all of whom have traveled to the area from across the UK. In addition to getting to see familiar faces like Derek Acorah and other TV psychics, visitors get the chance to go ghost hunting at the recently re-opened Torre Abbey and visit the biggest psychic fayre ever seen in the area (which also takes place in the RICC) and which boasts an impressive 75 stalls.
The event will feature an evening in the company of Britain’s best known medium DEREK ACORAH, in addition to a chance to watch demonstrations from top psychics NICKY ALAN (resident medium for Gloria Hunniford’s Sky Television show ‘Angels’), and RALPH KEETON (resident psychic on Joe Swash’s BBC show “I Believe in Ghosts”).

Optional extra’s include a ‘Mystical Matinee’ in the company of the man they call ‘the most accurate clairaudient in the country’ medium STEPHEN HOLBROOK and local clairvoyant and ‘psychic entertainer’, ALLY WATKINS. The psychic village has assembled over 70 respected readers of everything from palms and tarot to auras and crystal skulls. A limited number of ‘Psychic Southwest’ day passes (Saturday), giving free admission into The Mystical Matinee with Stephen Holbrook and Ally Watkins are available {£30}, Matinee only tickets cost £15 and ‘An Evening with Derek Acorah’ tickets cost £20, all tickets include free admission all weekend into the Psychic fayre.
