Dr Ian Jackson, the President of the British Association of Day Surgery receives a warm welcome from Viki Thompson, events co-ordinator at Torquay’s Riviera International Conference Centre when he arrived to address the annual conference.

It was the association’s 18th conference and Dr Jackson praised ‘the beautiful seaside town of Torquay and the Riviera Centre’ for its superb facilities and enthusiastic welcome
Hundreds of doctors and nurses from all over the country gathered for the two day event during which some of the finest medical minds were amongst the key speakers.
