Come on kids…how about really ‘SPLASHING’ OUT ON DAD ON FATHER’S DAY this year.

The Riviera International Centre at Torquay is encouraging Dads to swim for free…providing they promise to take their children for a great time splashing around the in Centre’s superb indoor swimming pool.

This year’s Father’s Day falls on Sunday June 19th and as an extra bonus, the Riviera International Centre will be offering its free swim to Dads on the Saturday as well.

Sales and marketing manager Jenny Thompson believes the promotion will be well supported as many Dads will also want to enjoy a meal at the at Bay Brasserie which boasts excellent food as well as stunning views overlooking the Bay.

“It will be a great opportunity for children to say thank you to their Dads with something entirely different than the traditional pub meal. They can literally ‘splash’ out on Dad (and Mum!) for a meal and swim.”

Meanwhile the Centre is also set to unveil ‘Plonkasaurus’ – a giant water inflatable that’s guaranteed to have all the family in stitches.

Kids can clamber all over the inflatable which will be available at the Waves Leisure Pool every Wednesday and Friday evening.

The special ‘Fun Nights’ will be open to members and non members and include a child’s combi meal in Neptune’s Gallery.

Jenny added: “Plonkasaurous will provide great fun for all children and will add another attraction to the Centre’s leisure pool which is regarded as Torquay indoor beach.”
