French
students holidaying in Torbay decided to improve their fitness as
well as their English…….thanks to the Riviera International
Centre.
The students – aged 12 and 13 - all appeared
to enjoy aerobics so willingly accepted an invitation from
the Centre to learn more about the popular exercise from
the professionals.
The boys and girls wanted to learn an aerobic routine to
music to take home to show their family and friends so one
of the Centre’s senior fitness instructors, Danielle
Coak, came up with the perfect solution.
Danielle recorded the routine and offered the students a print out
so they could practice amongst themselves before returning home.
Daneille made sure it wasn’t too serious for the teenagers by
introducing a little fun into the exercises and organised a competition
to determine which group could perform the best routine….with
some delicious chocolates as a prize.
Our picture shows the students preparing for their display along with
Riviera International Centre’s Danielle in the forefront with
the group leader Bernadette Danet. |
