At the Riviera International Centre our in-house team of innovative Chefs aim to set the benchmark for catering excellence in the South West. 

We offer specially selected set menus, however these can be customised to suit your tastes and budget. From drinks receptions, BBQ’s, high teas, buffets to gourmet 5-course sit down meals, we can work with you to ensure your requirements are met.

We are passionate about supporting local suppliers, promoting local produce and creating dishes that reflect our region.  We also regularly change our menus to keep them fresh, seasonal and competitively priced.

In addition we are one of the most experienced off-site event caters in the region, so should you wish to hold your wedding elsewhere - we can come to you! This catering option is ideal for marquee weddings as we can provide tables, chairs, mobile bars and staff to serve!
