At the Riviera International Centre our in-house team of qualified Chefs led by Head Chef Steve Pask aim to set the benchmark for catering excellence in the South West. 

We are passionate about supporting local suppliers, promoting local produce and creating dishes that reflect our region.  This is why we are a member of the Local Produce 1st Group set up by Frank H. Mann Ltd - one of the largest fruit and vegetable wholesalers in the South West of England.  

We offer a range of services, cuisines and styles to suits all types of event and budget. From a drinks reception with canapés, to board meeting breakfasts, right through to gourmet 5-course sit down meals. Our innovative Chefs can also create bespoke menus especially for your event.
