I just wanted to say a big thank you for all your kind and hard work both in the lead up to the event and support onsite. It was truly a pleasure working with you - despite all the last minute challenges, you always stayed clam and always had a smile!
We've had nothing but praise from all delegates and senior council members from BESS and comments from them thats its been the best organised and enjoyable meeting they've had to date!

Dragonfly Charity Ball

We have had nothing but huge praise from all our guests with regard to their "RICC experience" at the Dragonfly Ball. Special praise must of course go to Viki for being so long-suffering with our constant questions and DEFINITELY the Chefs & all the catering staff for superb food ("piping hot" as many of our guests have commented!) and excellent service. We could not have possibly chosen a better venue for our very special charity ball in aid of CHSW! I would also like to mention how very professional we found ESW and Rob Watson in particular was a real star.

The Provincial Grand Lodge of Devonshire Annual Meeting
April 2010
Due to renovation and building work at our normal venue, our organisation had to seek and alternative for our Annual Meeting. We chose the Riviera International Conference Centre ,We were absolutely delighted with the help and assistance that we received from the Management and Staff at the Centre, they could not have been more helpful. So much so that we are going back again for this year, and quite likely for many years to come. The catering was also very good quality and reasonably priced. We can recommend the RICC to any organization looking for a suitable venue and facilities.
