Enjoy quality time with your baby!

Our Parent & Toddler Sessions run daily from 9am to 11am. 

During these sessions you can enjoy discounted swim prices and plenty of toys in the pool for your toddler to play with.

Getting your baby used to water early is important from a safety point of view and it's great fun too.

Tips

• If your toddler is not used to being in the water it can be a strange and slightly scary experience for them. It is important to follow your toddlers lead and let them get used to the experience slowly.
• Some toddlers may take to the water immediately while others may need to be introduced slowly. Follow your toddlers lead. If they act uncomfortable with anything, take a step back and allow your toddler to become more comfortable before taking the next step.
• Floatation suits in pink and blue, designed for Toddlers, can be purchased from our Swim Shop for £16.50. 
• When you first get in the pool, make sure that your baby's face is close to yours and that you have eye contact, holding him close to you. As you both relax and feel more confident you can extend your arms and swish your baby around.
• Ask a friend to come with you or join a mum and baby session. If you feel relaxed and confident, your baby will, too.

Please note that the pool is not reserved for the sole use of Parents & Toddlers during these times.
