Our aim on Reception...
- Our pivotal aim is to ensure you have an excellent experience when you visit us at the Centre.
- Our fully trained and professional team will always be on hand to assist you with any questions or queries you have.
- You will be asked whether you purchased a car park voucher and whether you would like to redeem £1.50 off your swim or receive £3 off food purchased from our Bay Brasserie.
- If you are swimming you will be advised that you need a £1 coin for the locker which is returnable and you will be offered directions to the changing rooms.
- You will be advised of any offers, promotions or discounts that may be available to you as well as details of any up and coming events.
- The Receptionist will be smart and well-dressed always wearing full uniform including their name badge at all times.
- At every opportunity there will be a Receptionist at the front desk available to assist you.
- Our Reception area will always be clean and tidy with up to date and relevant literature easily available.
