Our aim at Waves Leisure Pool ...

  • We will monitor the water temperature and cleanliness on a regular basis for your comfort and peace of mind.
  • We will ensure that the changing rooms, toilets and lockers are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
  • We will act in a professional manner at all times and will be approachable, positive, and supportive so that you enjoy your visit to Waves Leisure Pool.
  • Instructors will deliver classes efficiently and professionally and will be focused on helping people achieve their goals.

Our aim on Reception...

  • Our pivotal aim is to ensure you have an excellent experience when you visit us at the Centre.
  • Our fully trained and professional team will always be on hand to assist you with any questions or queries you have.
  •  You will be asked whether you purchased a car park voucher and whether you would like to redeem £1.50 off your swim or receive £3 off food purchased from our Bay Brasserie.
  •  If you are swimming you will be advised that you need a £1 coin for the locker which is returnable and you will be offered directions to the changing rooms.
  •  You will be advised of any offers, promotions or discounts that may be available to you as well as details of any up and coming events.
  •  The Receptionist will be smart and well-dressed always wearing full uniform including their name badge at all times.
  •  At every opportunity there will be a Receptionist at the front desk available to assist you.
  •  Our Reception area will always be clean and tidy with up to date and relevant literature easily available.
