Membership Information

Before using the fitness suite all customers must undergo an induction.  Please book this at Lifestyle Reception.  Free assessments and inductions with selected memberships and £12 for non members.

Dress code: for your health & safety and respect of other gym members appropriate exercise attire must be worn at all times.  This includes wearing trainers and shirt or vest at all times.

Membership Cards: Lost cards will incur a £2.50 charge for replacement.

Lifestyle reserves the right to a pro-rata refund and cancel any membership, if at any time a member does not comply with the conditions of membership.
