A fitness goal can help keep your exercise regime on track by providing you with something to strive towards.
When setting your fitness goals make sure they are specific, measurable and above all realistic.
Here are some examples of setting qualitative & quantitative fitness goals:

- Develop a six-pack
- Lose 3 Inches on waistline in 8 weeks
- Lose 10 lbs. in 6 weeks
- Lower body fat percentage from 12% to 6%
Be sure to also make both short term and long term goals. Here are some examples:
