We will share our knowledge and experience with you in order that you can gain the greatest benefit from the use of the equipment and facilities.

We will monitor temperatures and cleanliness of the Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna every 2 hours and check the gym equipment on a regular basis to ensure they are working efficiently for your use.

We will ensure that the changing rooms, toilets and lockers are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.

We will act in a professional manner at all times and will be approachable, positive, and supportive in helping you achieve your personal goals.
