Q: Is there a joining fee to become a Lifestyle Member?
A: No.
Q: As a member, do I have to pay for an induction/assessment?
A: No, they are included in your membership. Pre-booking is required.
Q: Do I need to pay for parking?
A: Members at Lifestyle Health & Fitness Suite will be issued one parking pass per member which will be valid in Lifestyle’s private members car park.
On site pay & display parking is available for Non Members. When purchasing a parking ticket remember to retain the parking voucher attached to the ticket as this will entitle you to a £1.50 discount off a swim or £3 off lunch in the Brasserie (valid on day of purchase). During busy periods nearby pay & display parking can be found here.
Q: What date do direct debit payments come out on?
A: The 1st day of every month.
Q: Do I have to pre-book/pay for Aerobic classes?
A: No, payment and registration is taken at the Lifestyle reception prior to the start of the class.
Q: Do I have to pre-book/pay for Cardio Cycling classes?
A: Yes, pre-booking/payment is essential. Only Platinum or Cardio Members can book on the phone.
Q: As a member can I bring a guest with me?
A: Yes. Guests when accompanied by a Lifestyle Member (with a valid Membership card) can benefit from our reduced rate of £5 for a day session.
