About Us

At the Riviera International Centre our in-house team of qualified Chefs are led by Head Chef Steve Pask. 

We have a versatile range of catering options at the Riviera Centre which include the Bay Brasserie; our in-house coffee shop with an extensive menu and bar, in-house event catering for 2 - 1500 people as well as offsite event catering. 

We are passionate about supporting local suppliers, promoting local produce and creating dishes that reflect our region. This is why we are a member of the Local Produce 1st Group set up by Frank H. Mann Ltd - one of the largest fruit and vegetable wholesalers in the South West of England.
