Lifestyle Member achieves weight loss success
Well done to Tony McCarthy who has lost an impressive 3.5 stone after following a regular exercise regime at Lifestyle Health & Fitness Suite.
Tony suffers from a bad knee, however through following a steady regime he was able to slowly build up his strength and stamina. Tony’s advice to others? When the going gets tough, have an end goal as it will give you something to strive for!
Tony achieved his goal by visiting Lifestyle 3 to 4 times a week and using the treadmill and light weights. He first noticed a change in his general health 3 weeks into his routine when he realised he wasn’t getting out of breath walking up stairs. After Tony’s weight loss his general health has improved and he finds he has a lot more energy. Tony is now striving to lose another stone and then maintain his weight.
